Reminder - No experience needed for any of the above classes! I will teach you everything you need to know in the class!

- Make Me Strong Class - Duration = 1 hour. First half of the session is to focus on strengthening compound movements such as Deadlifts, Bench Press and Squats. Second half of the session will be a fun, sweaty workout with the use of various functional movements.
- Sunday Funday - Duration = 1 hour 15 mins. Same as above but on a Sunday and more time to go over those barbell movements!
- Rise & Shine Sweat Class - Duration = 45 mins - 1 hour. Perfect for those with a busy schedule and want to get a sweat on before work! Functional movements combined together to create a circuit like workout. Session will be different every morning and a guaranteed full body workout.
- Gymnastics Class - Duration = 1 hour. Whether your sport is dance, pole, CrossFit, diving or even Gymnastics, this class will go over the foundations of gymnastics building your overall strength to enable you to attack those tricky moves. Moves such as Pull ups, Toes to Bar, kipping, cartwheels, muscle ups, Handstand and much much more will be covered in the class.
- Handstand Class - Duration = 1 hour. From beginner to expert, i've got the drills to get you upside down. The class is all about building confidence and time on your handstand. New drills every week and soft matting for all those potential crash landings! Class is full of fun and laughter every week but accompanied with some strenuous upper body skills to help nail those handstands.
